with Artist table vendors offering original artworks, prints,
crafts, books, ceramics, jewelry and other items for sale.

REFLECTIONS was curated by Wendy Madrigal, w/ installation assistance by Alonso Guare, & promotional support by Jason Greenberg, Agitator members.

Agitator Artists Collective invited submissions in all mediums to this holiday-themed art show, exploring the complexities of our relationships with holidays. Whether about the warmth of family gatherings, the stress of commercialism, or the nostalgia of childhood memories, artists were invited to present their unique perspectives.

Précis: To explore the emotional, cultural, or personal significance of holidays. Considering themes such as: Family traditions & rituals, Cultural heritage & identity, Commercialism & consumerism, Nostalgia & memory, Spirituality & faith, Social isolation & loneliness.

The REFLECTIONS exhibition included these events:

Evening of PERFORMANCES :: Dec 20 / 8:00 pm
Nine artists performed live music, monologues and storytelling.

A HOLIDAY MARKET :: Dec 21 / 10:00 am– 3:00 pm
These table vendors presented artworks and merchandise for sale in a market within the gallery on the closing day of the exhibition:
